Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Norberto de Azevedo got the match started through his kick off. 10 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto de Azevedo came free, but Eurico Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, GLADIADORES's Alfredinho Recife made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrão Sarmento was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Vista Alegre FC booed when GLADIADORES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the game, one of GLADIADORES:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pedrão Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Paulo da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrão Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredinho Recife in the 21st minute of play. In the 28th match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Gerber to maneuver through the defense. Cauan Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-1 became the score in the 34th minute when Sebastião Furtado elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Pedro Paulo da Silveira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedrão Sarmento. The goal made the score 3-1. Eurico Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes GLADIADORES got a freekick which was hit by Arthur da Rocha. Vista Alegre FC's Luan Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastião Furtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Alfredinho Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrão Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eurico Arantes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto de Azevedo in the 57th minute. When Fábio Prata fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vista Alegre FC's protests and gave Fábio Prata a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastião Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Pedrão Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrão Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Recife in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vista Alegre FC's Christian Figueiredo got a free kick in the 68th minute. Arthur da Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arthur da Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to GLADIADORES getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Arthur da Rocha hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, GLADIADORES's Arthur da Rocha got a free kick in the 78th minute. GLADIADORES's Doni Prata suffered a concussion after 81 minutes and had to leave the field. In the 81st minute, José Maria Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Maria Vergílio hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Vista Alegre FC's Pedrão Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Furtado in the 83rd minute of play. Pedrão Sarmento came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by GLADIADORES's Sebastião Furtado. But to his dismay, Sebastião Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 93rd match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Gerber to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GLADIADORES fully deserved thier win.
