Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. João Paulo Lucas started the match with the kick off. Alexandre Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexandre Tepedino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jano Madureira. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Alexandre Tepedino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jano Madureira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliézer de Lima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Jano Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Pontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC La Masia's Jano Madureira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save FC La Masia from getting a goal against them. Jano Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Pirani's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When João Paulo Lucas fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC La Masia's protests and gave João Paulo Lucas a yellow card for diving instead. João Paulo Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Tepedino in the 21st minute of play forced FC La Masia's goalkeeper Jano Madureira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Alexandre Tepedino put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jano Madureira. Jano Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Válbson Pontes's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Jano Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Tepedino in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC La Masia's Alexandre Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bob Oconnell got free with Jano Madureira in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jano Madureira was a little too slow when Válbson Pontes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Alexandre Tepedino made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes FC La Masia got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Neto. Jano Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pirani in the 56th minute of the match. Jano Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Pontes in the 58th minute of play. After 62 minutes, Alexandre Breckenfeld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC La Masia and the Vascogoianiense FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Alexandre Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliézer de Lima in the 69th minute of play forced Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match FC La Masia got a corner. Vascogoianiense FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jano Carneiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC La Masia's Jano Carneiro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Germano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jano Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Alexandre Tepedino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vascogoianiense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After 83 minutes of play, Vascogoianiense FC's Válbson Pontes made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jano Madureira was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Vascogoianiense FC booed when FC La Masia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Tepedino scored 9-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jano Madureira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Vascogoianiense FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
