Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rasmus Bäckström kicked off to start the match. Per-Arne Vallmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helge Ekgren in the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to Avantgarde getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Bengt Tidéksson hit a great ball. In the 6thth minute of the game Rasmus Bäckström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avantgarde's Per-Arne Vallmark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdemar Karlsson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Johannes Hökqvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Marcus Tunander came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Avantgarde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Tunander couldn't finish the play. If Emil von Fallersleben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avantgarde's Per-Arne Vallmark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Avantgarde from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Bengt Tidéksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avantgarde's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt Tidéksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kennet Kvick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When IFK Bajenby's Rasmus Bäckström in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avantgarde's goalie prevented a goal. Folke Lindblom charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Folke Lindblom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes IFK Bajenby got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Hökqvist. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ola Bergvall in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kennet Kvick saved IFK Bajenby from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Avantgarde's Bengt Tidéksson got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ola Bergvall to make the kick off. Kennet Kvick made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ola Bergvall sent off a good shot on target. Folke Lindblom kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Folke Lindblom was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. When Rasmus Löfgren fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Avantgarde's protests and gave Rasmus Löfgren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th match minute, Avantgarde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rasmus Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, IFK Bajenby's Emil Ståhlberg got a free kick in the 75th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Marcus Tunander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avantgarde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Tunander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute of the match Marcus Tunander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kennet Kvick showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ola Bergvall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Kennet Kvick made a huge save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
