After 6 played minutes Desafio FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Huly. Elvio Damario was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaias Baladi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Danilo Chale struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Elvio Damario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olimpo de Bahia Blanca. A collision led to Desafio FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ildefonso Montez hit a great ball. Orlando Magdaleno struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Elvio Damario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olimpo de Bahia Blanca. After 24th play minutes Isaias Baladi shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Elvio Damario and just under the crossbar into goal. Elvio Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Corderall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Isaias Baladi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpo de Bahia Blanca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 43 minutes into the match, Isaias Baladi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elvio Damario, 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaias Baladi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Olimpo de Bahia Blanca were awarded a corner. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Silverio Ignazio notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Desafio FC's Elvio Damario. Elvio Damario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute Danilo Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Damario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Desafio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Baladi came free, but Elvio Damario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Elvio Osorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Oriol in the 78th minute of play. Orlando Magdaleno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th match minute, Desafio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Lordi to maneuver through the defense. Isaac Unax might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elvio Osorio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaac Unax ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca had won after a very even match.
