Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Basílio Paraibano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nelson da Silveira came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Floresta Negra FC's Zé Paulo Couto. But to his dismay, Zé Paulo Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Walmir Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes, Walmir Vander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Floresta Negra FC and the Social Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Social Futebol Clube booed when Floresta Negra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Floresta Negra FC's Fernandinho Araújo got control of the ball when Carlos Fernando Salles tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 10 minutes, Sidney Meira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Floresta Negra FC and the Social Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sidney Meira hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Benedito de Souza notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira. Nelson da Silveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute, Walmir Vander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nelson da Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito de Souza in the 26th minute of play. Nelson da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aírton Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelson da Silveira came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Floresta Negra FC's Benedito de Souza. But to his dismay, Benedito de Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 33 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Paraibano came free, but Fernandinho Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Zé Paulo Couto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Negra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito de Souza in the 40th minute of play forced Social Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Nelson da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Fernando Salles's late challenge caught a Floresta Negra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Fernando Salles helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Social Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Carlos Fernando Salles hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Floresta Negra FC's Zé Paulo Couto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. After the first half Floresta Negra FC were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zé Paulo Couto made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Benedito de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Basílio Paraibano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernandinho Araújo. Floresta Negra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basílio Paraibano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Nelson da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Floresta Negra FC's Zé Paulo Couto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. With a little luck, Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira got control of the ball when Zé Paulo Couto tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, José Viana took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Nelson da Silveira to make any attempt to save it. Nelson da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-10. Nelson da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Walmir Vander sent off a good shot on target. Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Social Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira got control of the ball when Benedito de Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, Floresta Negra FC's Benedito de Souza made it 1-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson da Silveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Benedito de Souza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Negra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-13. 93 minutes into the match, Social Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Nelson da Silveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedito de Souza. Nelson da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Benedito de Souza sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Floresta Negra FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Social Futebol Clube.
