Berk Eygül's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armağan Akabe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Barlas Altıncı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Seyfi Taşdan having to interfere. Barlas Altıncı might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Seyfi Taşdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barlas Altıncı ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Seyfi Taşdan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ömür Oyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
