An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Cihlář in the 5th minute of play forced FC Colo - Colo's goalkeeper Lajos Fülöp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Colo - Colo's Lajos Fülöp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdenek Krček in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, David Pohanka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lajos Fülöp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bohuš Knop in the 10th minute. Lajos Fülöp didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 14th minute Jan Cihlář shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Fülöp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Bohuš Knop kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lajos Fülöp. That made the score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduard Cáb was the one to do the kick off. Lajos Fülöp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bohuš Knop, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. FC Cvikovo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miroslav Hodek in the 55th minute. Zdeněk Dlabaja made a great header on FC Cvikovo's corner, it was just that FC Colo - Colo's Lajos Fülöp managed to reach the ball for a save. After 75 played minutes FC Cvikovo got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Zbranek. In the 76th minute, Marcel Zbranek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, Bohuš Knop was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cvikovo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Colo - Colo the free kick. Bohuš Knop's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lajos Fülöp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. FC Cvikovo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miroslav Hodek in the 83rd minute. In the 95th minute, Miroslav Hodek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Cvikovo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Cvikovo had won after a very even match.
