Aurel Beldeanu struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Jalmari Mikkonen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Urzicuța. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurel Beldeanu in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jalmari Mikkonen saved Pinner Cluj-Napoca from getting behind. In the 11thth minute of the game Aurel Beldeanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jalmari Mikkonen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Nurettin in the 17th minute of play forced FC Urzicuța's goalkeeper Sandu Vlaicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jalmari Mikkonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Beldeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Ali Nurettin in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FC Urzicuța's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Nurettin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 47 played minutes FC Urzicuța got a freekick which was hit by İrfan Attar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İrfan Attar was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Beldeanu came free, but Jalmari Mikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jalmari Mikkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İrfan Attar in the 53rd minute of play. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pinner Cluj-Napoca would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
