Rebelution's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Petersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Olo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Len Titos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustín Rossi having to interfere. Pankracy Tusk scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustín Rossi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to FC Kopenalguen getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Rolando Estevez hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute of the game Rolando Estevez made a throw-in which Rolando Estevez played forward. The supporters of FC Kopenalguen booed when Rebelution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Petersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pankracy Tusk made a kick off. In the 51st minute, FC Kopenalguen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chiquito Flores fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Oliver Petersson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Olo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Rebelution's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roberto-Jose Carlos in the 55th minute. The corner ended in Roberto-Jose Carlos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Kopenalguen's Mauro Olo did a great save. Mauro Olo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Petersson in the 61st minute of play. Agustín Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Tusk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Petersson in the 64th minute of play forced FC Kopenalguen's goalkeeper Mauro Olo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rebelution made a substitution. Long Sam replaced Nestor Goren. FC Kopenalguen made a substitution. Honorio Unai replaced Pankracy Tusk. Rebelution's Americo Frascuelo was substituted for Chiquito Flores. FC Kopenalguen's Rosario Cornett was substituted for Delfim Secco. FC Kopenalguen's Folke Gregersson was substituted for Edgard Donzel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosario Cornett in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustín Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dario Guib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Indartsu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauro Olo, 1-2. With his leg Mauro Olo managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Rebelution's Dario Guib fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 91st minute, Rebelution's Oliver Petersson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauro Olo. Mauro Olo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Mauro Olo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rebelution walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
