In the 23rd minute of the match, Chico Freire got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tales Sergipano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Compugraf had won after a very even match.
