A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Márcio Cruz hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute, Wilson Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute, Fabiofs's Zé Augusto Recife ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romeu da Cunha. Romeu da Cunha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of Jereba 4EVER booed when Fabiofs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umberto Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Ezequiel Tande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jereba 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Tande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giuseppe Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Kléber Guimarães ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeu da Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ernesto Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jereba 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernesto Ceresso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giuseppe Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeu da Cunha was a little too slow when Zé Augusto Recife got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 26th minute Ezequiel Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuseppe Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Giuseppe Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Tande in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Marquinhos Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fabiofs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Fabiofs's Giuseppe Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Penha in the 32nd minute of play. Ezequiel Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Giuseppe Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Fabiofs's zone, Ernesto Ceresso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giuseppe Montenegro came out of the goal and Ernesto Ceresso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luiz Fábio Penha hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 59th match minute, Jereba 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márcio Cruz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fabiofs booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes Jereba 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Glauco Damião. After 69 played minutes, Fabiofs's Geovani de Amorim shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romeu da Cunha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fabiofs reached it. When Fabiofs's Marquinhos Toledo in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jereba 4EVER's goalie prevented a goal. After 74 played minutes Jereba 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Tande. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Toledo in the 81st minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Romeu da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeu da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Guimarães in the 82nd minute of the match. During the 86th minute of the match Márcio Cruz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Márcio Cruz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th minute, Márcio Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeu da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Romeu da Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marquinhos Toledo went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Marquinhos Toledo took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeu da Cunha. Romeu da Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Fabiofs's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
