Pindorama Eagles's Geovanni Saraiva made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Målare was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aga Cuarto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Målare having to interfere. Pedrinho Porto scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Målare, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Målare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Pedrinho Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedrinho Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Torbjörn Enström fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Övertorneå RK's protests and gave Torbjörn Enström a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of S.E. Pindorama Eagles booed when Övertorneå RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Enström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Joaquín Piquerez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stefan Målare skillfully saved the ball. After 22 minutes of play, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Aga Cuarto made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Övertorneå RK's Stefan Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorginho Meirelles in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Övertorneå RK's zone, Pedrinho Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Målare came out of the goal and Pedrinho Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Aga Cuarto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42nd play minutes Geovanni Saraiva shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Stefan Målare and just under the crossbar into goal. Stefan Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Saraiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
The wind increased when Geovanni Saraiva made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Övertorneå RK got a freekick which was hit by Harry Karlsson. If Natã Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute Natã Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Målare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59thth minute of the game Geovanni Saraiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Övertorneå RK's Stefan Målare was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Målare made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Jorginho Meirelles sent off a good shot on target. If Geovanni Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Pedrinho Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stefan Målare made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovanni Saraiva in the 64th minute. Jorginho Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Stefan Målare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Jeremias Zanette made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Målare. Övertorneå RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. After 77th play minutes Geovanni Saraiva shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Stefan Målare and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 88th minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Geovanni Saraiva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Stefan Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Saraiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Målare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. S.E. Pindorama Eagles played a much better game than Övertorneå RK and deserved their victory. The Övertorneå RK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
