When Ged Pope fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored T H F C's protests and gave Ged Pope a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes T H F C got a freekick which was hit by Ged Pope. Fritz Forssberg charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fritz Forssberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bajen Mucho FF's Fritz Forssberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. The supporters of T H F C booed when Bajen Mucho FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Söderberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Tham in the 45th minute of play forced T H F C's goalkeeper Ivan Stone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Crossley to make the kick off. Ivan Stone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Tham, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 61st match minute, Bajen Mucho FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Forssberg to maneuver through the defense. Dion Kerridge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ove Hjeltman having to make a save. In the 63rd minute, Cliff Huckerby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, T H F C's Ivan Stone got control of the ball when Wictor Ahlgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wictor Ahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Stone having to interfere. After a rather tough play, T H F C's Cliff Huckerby got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Wictor Ahlgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ivan Stone made a huge save. If Kurt Tham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of T H F C booed when Bajen Mucho FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Alströmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Bajen Mucho FF's Håkan Alströmer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Stone. Ivan Stone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The Bajen Mucho FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
