C.'s protests and gave Oswaldo Maciel a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Olimpo de Bahia Blanca got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Sengrat. Araçá F. C.'s Pedro Palmeira suffered a sore knee after 48 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 51 played minutes, Araçá F. C.'s Oswaldo Maciel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javier Milei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Araçá F. C. reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Raymond to make the kick off. After having played for 79 minutes, Paulo José de Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Araçá F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo José de Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
