Cristobal Iyan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Jano do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robinho de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Orlo in the 41st minute of the match. Jano do Vale hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saverio Orlo was the one to do the kick off. When Honorio Cristofol fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tierra del Fuego FC's protests and gave Honorio Cristofol a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Tierra del Fuego FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Cristofol. 60 minutes into the match, SE Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Orlo came free, but Robinho de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruy Gerber in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristobal Iyan saved Tierra del Fuego FC from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Ruy Gerber made a precise shot to the right of Cristobal Iyan. Tierra del Fuego FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 83 minutes into the game, SE Palmeiras's Ruy Gerber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristobal Iyan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The supporters of Tierra del Fuego FC booed when SE Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruy Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marciano Stanislao's late challenge caught a SE Palmeiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marciano Stanislao helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, Tierra del Fuego FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Stanislao to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match Edson Chaves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristobal Iyan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tierra del Fuego FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SE Palmeiras had won, even though Tierra del Fuego FC had held more of the ball.
