Frontera AFC's Enrique Rito got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aurelio Sabin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Blai in the 12th minute of the match. Claudio Matthew might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelio Sabin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Matthew ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Blai in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Sabin saved Guansa from getting behind. The supporters of Guansa booed when Frontera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Frontera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Matthew to maneuver through the defense. Victorino Gaufred stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Oto's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Valentin Pagomari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Filomeno Blai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Rito had several of the Guansa's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Aurelio Sabin as he didn't even see the shot coming. Guansa's Aurelio Sabin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Guansa from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Claudio Matthew notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Guansa's Aurelio Sabin. Aurelio Sabin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 40th match minute, Guansa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Orlin to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Sabin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Matthew, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartolo Oto to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Frontera AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Orlin came free, but Victorino Gaufred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Matthew came free, but Aurelio Sabin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Matthew in the 58th minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Aurelio Sabin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Claudio Matthew notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Guansa's Aurelio Sabin. Aurelio Sabin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 69 played minutes, Guansa's Cristobal Bartoleme shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guansa reached it. Conrado Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Sabin having to interfere. With a little luck, Frontera AFC's Victorino Gaufred got control of the ball when Bartolo Oto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guansa's Aurelio Sabin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Blai in the 76th minute of play. After 80 minutes, Claudio Matthew made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guansa's Aurelio Sabin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Frontera AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
