After taking down the ball on Club Atlético Atlanta's corner Ciro Ferdinand fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Pyrtek quite easily take care of the ball. Iwan Kensicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Pankracy Glogowski made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Red Bulls's Pankracy Glogowski threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iwan Kensicki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmundo Verdaguer in the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Kensicki came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Chwalkiewicz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabino Perpiñán in the 19th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Marcos Berdoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Pyrtek was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Şevket Çağa could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Pankracy Pyrtek however easily saved by the left post. After 53 minutes of play, Red Bulls's Iwan Kensicki made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Glogowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Chwalkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Pankracy Glogowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 65 minutes of play, Red Bulls's Rafal Majorski made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Glogowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi got a free kick in the 69th minute. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Kensicki in the 70th minute of the match. If Marcos Berdoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Rafal Majorski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Red Bulls's Walery Chojnacki got a free kick in the 78th minute. With a little luck, Red Bulls's Pankracy Pyrtek got control of the ball when Anselmo Nevada tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Osmundo Verdaguer came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match Red Bulls got a corner. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walery Chojnacki ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie and right to Rafal Majorski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabino Perpiñán, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Club Atlético Atlanta were furious when Ciro Ferdinand was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Jacek Kaznocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Red Bulls's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
