Jerzy Nowak hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. STARGATE TEAM Ruda Śląska's Gwidon Markowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Quinteros in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silas Linares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 76th minute, Delmar Iruinea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Leobardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Linares in the 77th minute of play. Gwidon Markowski made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Delmar Iruinea sent off a good shot on target. Osvaldo Leobardo came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by STARGATE TEAM Ruda Śląska's Silas Linares. But to his dismay, Silas Linares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliane Rúsin in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Leobardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, Marcelo Maraman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute Silas Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Leobardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. STARGATE TEAM Ruda Śląska fully deserved thier win.
