Ettore Vespucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fernando da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, garbatella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Lucchetta to maneuver through the defense. Fernando da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Torelli in the 29th minute of the match. In the 35thth minute of the game Hernani Sarmento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but garbatella's Alessio Di Paolo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernani Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Torelli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 91st minute Hernani Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessio Di Paolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Diego Torelli notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of SHIRO F.C.'s Fernando da Mata.
