AKD's Horacio Diagur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Bournouxouzis in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by AKD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidio Delfino was slow to take the kick. During this time Toro F.C's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Zeledon Theobald at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of AKD. 0-1. Horacio Diagur came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Toro F.C's Jacobo Bazil. But to his dismay, Jacobo Bazil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Horacio Diagur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Ponc in the 19th minute of play. Modesto Erroman hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, AKD's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Bournouxouzis came free, but Horacio Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Bournouxouzis in the 22nd minute of play forced AKD's goalkeeper Horacio Diagur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristo Domeka during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AKD's Cristo Domeka got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dimitris Bournouxouzis in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Diagur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Jacobo Bazil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Diagur was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After 38 minutes of play, Toro F.C's Jacobo Bazil made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horacio Diagur was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, Jacobo Bazil notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of AKD's Horacio Diagur. Horacio Diagur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Toro F.C were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dimitris Bournouxouzis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Dimitris Bournouxouzis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horacio Diagur. That made the score 0-6 in the 54 minute of play. Horacio Diagur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Bournouxouzis in the 58th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rosendo Ritchie got free with Horacio Diagur in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute, Samuel Estevon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AKD's Horacio Diagur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save AKD from getting a goal against them. Horacio Diagur didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. In the 71st minute, Toro F.C's Jacobo Bazil dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Horacio Diagur made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Jacobo Bazil sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the match, AKD's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Bournouxouzis came free, but Horacio Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the AKD defense, Jacobo Bazil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horacio Diagur. The AKD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horacio Diagur should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, AKD's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Bournouxouzis came free, but Horacio Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Toro F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AKD.
