Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Teofil Bulkiewicz made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute of the match junior got a corner. Marialva S.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sayvion Bas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to junior getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Sam Parslow hit a great ball. Gonza Villamil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Tinoco having to interfere. After a rather tough play, junior's Sidro Barrasa got a free kick in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Marialva S.C.'s Reginaldo Cordeiro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Miguel Veloso hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Gonza Villamil came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the junior fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonza Villamil couldn't finish the play. Fernando Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Bulkiewicz in the 17th minute of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Teofil Bulkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Marialva S.C. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Stefan Rybak hit a great ball. In the 23rd match minute, junior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidro Barrasa to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gică Drumeș got free with Valente Arrazola in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teofil Bulkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fernando Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Bulkiewicz in the 30th minute of play forced Marialva S.C.'s goalkeeper Fernando Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofil Bulkiewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Tinoco having to make a save. After 36th play minutes Teofil Bulkiewicz shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Fernando Tinoco and just under the crossbar into goal. Teofil Bulkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fernando Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in junior's zone, Gică Drumeș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valente Arrazola came out of the goal and Gică Drumeș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Bulkiewicz in the 45th minute of play. Marialva S.C. made a substitution. Ernst Günther replaced Manuel Ruas. Stefan Rybak hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
If Gică Drumeș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute of the match, Teofil Bulkiewicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fernando Tinoco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Teofil Bulkiewicz took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Tinoco. Fernando Tinoco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Marialva S.C.'s zone, Ernesto Rafel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Tinoco came out of the goal and Ernesto Rafel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute Gonza Villamil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Teofil Bulkiewicz sent off a good shot on target. junior were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Marialva S.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sayvion Bas took the corner. 69 minutes into the match, Teofil Bulkiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Tinoco. Marialva S.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofil Bulkiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 74th minute Gică Drumeș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valente Arrazola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Rafel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teofil Bulkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Sarabia kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, junior's Fernando Tinoco threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gonza Villamil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Marialva S.C. fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Marialva S.C.'s Gică Drumeș looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Teofil Bulkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Tinoco having to interfere. Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Marialva S.C. from getting a goal against them. With 96 minutes on the clock, Hibai Rascon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match was over junior could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Marialva S.C. throughout the match.
