Alheira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisão Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vaggelis Kotsalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Engin Dönmez in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Volvimos mejores's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Romero came free, but Samuel Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaggelis Kotsalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Izel in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alheira FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 28th match minute, Alheira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolau Simões to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Quintela kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Alheira FC's Vaggelis Kotsalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Izel in the 33rd minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Engin Dönmez to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Volvimos mejores got a freekick which was hit by Engin Dönmez. Alheira FC's Vaggelis Kotsalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Alheira FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Volvimos mejores booed when Alheira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Quintela didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Vaggelis Kotsalos managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Volvimos mejores's Engin Dönmez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 81 minutes, Aristides Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alheira FC and the Volvimos mejores players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Engin Dönmez couldn't finish the play. The Volvimos mejores players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Alheira FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
