Çetin Yurtseven's late challenge caught a Santa Filomenna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Çetin Yurtseven helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Tsaku got a freekick which was hit by Çetin Yurtseven. 23 minutes into the match, Santa Filomenna's goal looked a bit too open when Çetin Yurtseven came free, but Dino Del Nero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Del Nero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çetin Yurtseven, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A collision led to Tsaku getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Çetin Yurtseven hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Anfilogino Serra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tsaku's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Egemen Seyran in the 35th minute. Egemen Seyran made a great header on Tsaku's corner, it was just that Santa Filomenna's Dino Del Nero managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 36th minute, Mustafa Numan Sanih left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tsaku fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. If Cristiano Caroselli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The Tsaku fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Petroni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santa Filomenna's Dino Del Nero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Filomenna from getting a goal against them. Çetin Yurtseven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dino Del Nero was a little too slow when Celal Şikel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-8. Santa Filomenna's Dino Del Nero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çetin Yurtseven in the 65th minute of play. Dino Del Nero stood somewhat misplaced when Mustafa Numan Sanih came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 67 minute. Çetin Yurtseven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Dino Del Nero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Numan Sanih could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Dino Del Nero made a huge save. Ahmet Arif Haymanalı charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
