Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dave Moreschi made the kick off which started today's match. Franciszek Kosiorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Di Leonardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Oberschlesien's Leszek Niedziela got a free kick in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Ginnastica Mentale's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Radziszewski came free, but Ermanno Di Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ginnastica Mentale getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Dave Moreschi hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ginnastica Mentale's zone, Waclaw Radziszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermanno Di Rocco came out of the goal and Waclaw Radziszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 played minutes FC Oberschlesien got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Klimek. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Waclaw Radziszewski sped through Ginnastica Mentale's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ermanno Di Rocco. After 16th play minutes Waclaw Radziszewski shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ermanno Di Rocco and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 19th minute, Evandro Tróia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermanno Di Rocco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After some careless play in the Ginnastica Mentale defense, Waclaw Radziszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermanno Di Rocco. The Ginnastica Mentale fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermanno Di Rocco should have stopped the shot. Evandro Tróia took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermanno Di Rocco. Ermanno Di Rocco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. A collision led to Ginnastica Mentale getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cosimo Romano hit a great ball. Evandro Tróia took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermanno Di Rocco. Ermanno Di Rocco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, Ginnastica Mentale's Ermanno Fabri got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Ermanno Di Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Radziszewski in the 44th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Oberschlesien's Franciszek Kosiorek got control of the ball when Dave Moreschi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC Oberschlesien getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Valdir Viana hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evandro Tróia to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Waclaw Radziszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Oberschlesien's supporters rose to their feet, but Waclaw Radziszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermanno Di Rocco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 53 played minutes Ginnastica Mentale got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Miccio. A collision led to Ginnastica Mentale getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alberto Gelsomini hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Dave Moreschi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franciszek Kosiorek was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Ermanno Di Rocco came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Oberschlesien's Evandro Tróia. But to his dismay, Evandro Tróia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 68 minutes into the match, Ginnastica Mentale's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Viana came free, but Ermanno Di Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waclaw Radziszewski in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ermanno Di Rocco, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Dave Moreschi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. The supporters of FC Oberschlesien booed when Ginnastica Mentale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Moreschi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match FC Oberschlesien got a corner. Ginnastica Mentale's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valdir Viana ran over to the corner to take the kick. 77 minutes into the game, FC Oberschlesien's Waclaw Radziszewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermanno Di Rocco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. If Waclaw Radziszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Oberschlesien booed when Ginnastica Mentale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Miccio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evandro Tróia in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermanno Di Rocco saved Ginnastica Mentale from getting behind. In the 87th minute, Valdir Viana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ermanno Di Rocco. The goal made the score 0-11. Franco Di Leonardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franciszek Kosiorek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Di Leonardo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Oberschlesien's goalkeeper Franciszek Kosiorek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over FC Oberschlesien could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ginnastica Mentale throughout the match.
