After 25 minutes, Rômulo de Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YR Mechelen and the 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路 players grew even worse after the yellow card. 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路's 庞竞鹏 was substituted for 马冰亮. In the 28th minute Filippo Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andries Van Mechelen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andries Van Mechelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Massa in the 32nd minute of play. YR Mechelen's Andries Van Mechelen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Tidén in the 36th minute of play. Henry Tidén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Andries Van Mechelen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路. 47 minutes into the game, Filippo Massa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YR Mechelen the free kick. Filippo Massa kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 董常朗 made a kick off. If Henry Tidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路 made a substitution. 江斐骋 replaced Henry Tidén. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 董常朗 in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andries Van Mechelen saved YR Mechelen from getting behind. Pino Van Hespen's late challenge caught a 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pino Van Hespen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路 booed when YR Mechelen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pino Van Hespen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, YR Mechelen's Andries Van Mechelen got control of the ball when 董常朗 tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, 董常朗 took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Andries Van Mechelen to make any attempt to save it. Rômulo de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 董常朗 in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andries Van Mechelen saved YR Mechelen from getting behind. When Andries Mangelschot came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the YR Mechelen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andries Mangelschot couldn't finish the play. 董常朗 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andries Van Mechelen having to make a save. With a little luck, YR Mechelen's Andries Van Mechelen got control of the ball when 董常朗 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 董常朗's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andries Van Mechelen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. YR Mechelen's Andries Mangelschot got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andries Van Mechelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 董常朗, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路's 董常朗 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andries Van Mechelen. Andries Van Mechelen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. When the final whistle sounded 【№1】平凡的人平凡的路 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than YR Mechelen.
