In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rossangeles's goalkeeper Franco Moscatelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Le Stade Briochin UC's Leonel Baumer got control of the ball when Annadeva Flumian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reinaud Arnoets scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franco Moscatelli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Rossangeles's Leonel Baumer threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rodri Palacios, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 21 played minutes Le Stade Briochin UC got a freekick which was hit by Malik Courtine. Leonel Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zheng Cheng Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Pradelles in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Moscatelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Annadeva Flumian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonel Baumer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Rossangeles's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaud Arnoets came free, but Franco Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Rossangeles's Leonel Baumer threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cai Shi Sheng, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rossangeles's Franco Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Peyraud in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes Rossangeles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Howard Lovecraft who took care of the corner kick. Leonel Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Annadeva Flumian in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Renan Leveau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rossangeles the free kick. After a rather tough play, Le Stade Briochin UC's Renan Leveau got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Le Stade Briochin UC's zone, Rodri Palacios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Baumer came out of the goal and Rodri Palacios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonel Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodri Palacios, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After the first half Le Stade Briochin UC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Rossangeles's goalkeeper Franco Moscatelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthony Borie. Franco Moscatelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaud Arnoets, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Leonel Baumer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zheng Cheng Qi went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Le Stade Briochin UC made a substitution. Ange Lochet replaced Anthony Borie. Leonel Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Shi Sheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Le Stade Briochin UC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Leveau to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Adam Zieba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Baumer. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Zieba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Leonel Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Maore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franco Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ange Lochet in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Maore in the 94th minute of play forced Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Leonel Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Le Stade Briochin UC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
