Spectators: 146 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Tenha Dó Dó Dó's Roberto Mandrak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dênis Laguna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Reis went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Wágner Monteiro put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dênis Laguna. In the 10th minute, Wágner Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dênis Laguna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 14th minute, Wágner Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dênis Laguna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After some careless play in the Tenha Dó Dó Dó defense, Wágner Monteiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dênis Laguna. The Tenha Dó Dó Dó fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dênis Laguna should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Wágner Monteiro made a precise shot to the right of Dênis Laguna. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tenha Dó Dó Dó's goalkeeper Dênis Laguna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Artur Reis scored 0-7 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dênis Laguna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Belmiro Britto's late challenge caught a Clube Audax Metropolitano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Belmiro Britto helped the player get up and apologised. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Wágner Monteiro sped through Tenha Dó Dó Dó's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dênis Laguna. Clube Audax Metropolitano's attentive Guilherme Vianna managed to snatch the ball when Valdo Madureira made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the game, Wágner Monteiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Dênis Laguna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-11 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artur Reis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Valdo Madureira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Wágner Monteiro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 52 minutes of play, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Wágner Monteiro made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dênis Laguna was left in no man's land by his defense there! 58 minutes into the game, Roberto Mandrak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube Audax Metropolitano the free kick. A collision led to Tenha Dó Dó Dó getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Roberto Mandrak hit a great ball. Dênis Laguna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wágner Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Dênis Laguna came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Audax Metropolitano's Wágner Monteiro. But to his dismay, Wágner Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Wágner Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Wágner Monteiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dênis Laguna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. 74 minutes into the match, Tenha Dó Dó Dó's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Monteiro came free, but Dênis Laguna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wágner Monteiro came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dênis Laguna could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wágner Monteiro in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dênis Laguna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Monteiro in the 80th minute of play forced Tenha Dó Dó Dó's goalkeeper Dênis Laguna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dênis Laguna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wágner Monteiro went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-16 was the resulting score. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's Luiz Fabiano Linhares was substituted for Celso Meirelles. Wágner Monteiro scored 0-17 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dênis Laguna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Clube Audax Metropolitano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tenha Dó Dó Dó.
