Batıkan Perker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mümtazer Ulgu in the 3rd minute of the match. Yıldıray Sahadettin scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Burç Tuncel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Abana JK booed when ST Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdi Erçin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özdemir Kutlualp hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The referee ignored ST Lions FC's protests and gave Ferdi Erçin a yellow card for diving instead. Yıldıray Sahadettin charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yıldıray Sahadettin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abana JK's Yıldıray Sahadettin got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Mümtazer Ulgu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Batıkan Perker. Abana JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mümtazer Ulgu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
