Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beppe Bontempi in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldo Di Sante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Ciccio Rosa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Maci FC's Aldo Di Sante. Aldo Di Sante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 24 minutes of play, PomeziaRamblers's Ciccio Rosa made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Di Sante was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, PomeziaRamblers's Alfonso Di Nino got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 36 played minutes Maci FC got a freekick which was hit by Amos Tullio. PomeziaRamblers's Beppe Bontempi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when Maci FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Tesone didn't get a good kick on the ball. The goalkeeper, Aldo Di Sante, was totally fooled by PomeziaRamblers's Aurelio Petrella, who 46 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Filippo Sisti made the kick off in the second half. Beppe Bontempi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Aldo Di Sante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenico Bertolini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Sisti in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Filippo Sisti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maci FC's Aldo Di Sante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Rosa in the 78th minute of play. Beppe Bontempi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Beppe Bontempi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthony Giorda charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Giorda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
