Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) In the 4th minute Franco Laurenti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Rapinett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franco Laurenti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Attard Gunners's Jeremy Bonello slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciro Di Nucci. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Aleschi FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Brian Urpani scored to the left of an out of position Ciro Di Nucci, making the score, 3-0. Ciro Di Nucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Urpani, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute, Attard Gunners's Thomas Zrinzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ciro Di Nucci. Ciro Di Nucci yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Ciro Di Nucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremy Bonello, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeremy Bonello made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joshua Demanuele during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Attard Gunners getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Joshua Demanuele hit a great ball. Attard Gunners's Amadeo Rapinett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Rucci in the 52nd minute of play. Ciro Di Nucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremy Bonello, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Thomas Zrinzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ferruccio Gelsomini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aleschi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferruccio Gelsomini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Rapinett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Attard Gunners's Liam Trapani got a free kick in the 59th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Davide De Lucia put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aleschi FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Attard Gunners. William De Lucca stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ciro Di Nucci. 5-0. Brian Urpani might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Di Nucci. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brian Urpani ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Aleschi FC defense, Jeremy Bonello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Di Nucci. The Aleschi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Di Nucci should have stopped the shot. Aleschi FC's Ciro Di Nucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Bonello in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute, Thomas Zrinzo made a precise shot to the right of Ciro Di Nucci. Aleschi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Attard Gunners fans cheered their team off the field, for while Aleschi FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
