Roger Leão came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter de Munique's Serginho Lopez. But to his dismay, Serginho Lopez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fabrício Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamílton Abreu's late challenge caught a Rezende FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamílton Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Hamílton Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serginho Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th match minute, Rezende FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Matorin to maneuver through the defense. Cido Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rezende FC's Caetano Freitas got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Rezende FC defense, Serginho Lopez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Leão. The Rezende FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Leão should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Dorian Braga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrício Simões was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When Wilian Loureiro fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter de Munique's protests and gave Wilian Loureiro a yellow card for diving instead. Wilian Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Roger Leão was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Braga in the 68th minute of play forced Inter de Munique's goalkeeper Fabrício Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Rodrigo Sabóia made a precise shot to the right of Fabrício Simões. Inter de Munique's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 75 minutes into the match, Inter de Munique's goal looked a bit too open when Dorian Braga came free, but Fabrício Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter de Munique's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
