Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mário Nascimento kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Claudemiro Fragoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sport Club Mavericks's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudemiro Fragoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Eduardo Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Eduardo Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudemiro Fragoso in the 9th minute of play. Miguel da Fonseca made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Oscar Tasso. If Lauro Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudemiro Fragoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Xande Gay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington dos Santos in the 22nd minute of play. Wiliam de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Carlos Eduardo Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26thth minute of the game Claudemiro Fragoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Roceira SC's Carlos Eduardo Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Eduardo Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Deivid Fantini's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Carlos Eduardo Chaves came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Club Mavericks's Claudemiro Fragoso. But to his dismay, Claudemiro Fragoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Serginho Quirino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Eduardo Chaves quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A sloppy throw-in by Miguel da Fonseca in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sport Club Mavericks's Guilherme Abudi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudemiro Fragoso in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Eduardo Chaves prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Deivid Fantini to make the kick off. Xande Gay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Claudemiro Fragoso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlos Eduardo Chaves. Claudemiro Fragoso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Sport Club Mavericks's Hélio Nascimento was substituted for Claudemiro Fragoso. Sport Club Mavericks's Elder Arantes was substituted for Deivid Fantini. A collision led to Sport Club Mavericks getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Elder Arantes hit a great ball. Xande Gay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Nascimento in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Miguel da Fonseca threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sport Club Mavericks's Bater Noppe quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 63 minutes into the match, Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elder Arantes. Hélio Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves made a huge save. Xande Gay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Roceira SC's Carlos Eduardo Chaves got control of the ball when Elder Arantes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Miguel da Fonseca in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sport Club Mavericks's Bater Noppe. Carlos Eduardo Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elder Arantes in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Washington dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xande Gay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Washington dos Santos came free, but Xande Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 75th minute of the game was made by Miguel da Fonseca with Lauro Zanette as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some careless play in the Sport Club Mavericks defense, Washington dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xande Gay. The Sport Club Mavericks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xande Gay should have stopped the shot. Xande Gay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Nascimento in the 81st minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Xande Gay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hélio Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Sport Club Mavericks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélio Nascimento couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Mavericks's Elder Arantes got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elder Arantes. When the final whistle went the supporters of Sport Club Mavericks were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Roceira SC side.
