Martial Hess kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Ramzi Roulleau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Vitale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramzi Roulleau in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Vitale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Rathmore Lime Tree defense, Francesco Marchetta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alix Geoffray. The Rathmore Lime Tree fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alix Geoffray should have stopped the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Tammaro came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Mischler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Vitale having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Ferruccio Tammaro in the 32nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 34thth minute of the game Ramzi Roulleau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PICCOLE PESTI's Ciro Vitale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, PICCOLE PESTI's Alfonso Aureli got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Marchetta in the 37th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of PICCOLE PESTI booed when Rathmore Lime Tree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul-Émile Brien didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Marchetta in the 40th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes PICCOLE PESTI got a freekick which was hit by Vito Malcangio.

Alix Geoffray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francesco Marchetta in the 53rd minute of play. Flavian Garcon's late challenge caught a PICCOLE PESTI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavian Garcon helped the player get up and apologised. Alix Geoffray made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Francesco Marchetta sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute, Francesco Marchetta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alix Geoffray was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Johan Dufrenne kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Ramzi Roulleau hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavian Garcon in the 75th minute of play forced PICCOLE PESTI's goalkeeper Ciro Vitale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Benoît Lamarre came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Rathmore Lime Tree fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benoît Lamarre couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind PICCOLE PESTI's goalkeeper Ciro Vitale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 81 minutes, Emiliano Di Loreto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PICCOLE PESTI and the Rathmore Lime Tree players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Emiliano Di Loreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rathmore Lime Tree fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! In the 90th minute, Johan Dufrenne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Vitale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramzi Roulleau's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. In the 96th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavian Garcon to maneuver through the defense. After 98 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rathmore Lime Tree! In the 99th minute of the game, PICCOLE PESTI got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post.
