Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Fernandão Matos made the kick off and thus started the match. Fausto Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Ronaldão Quirino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernandão Matos in the 10th minute. Thiago Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Teixeira in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Teixeira in the 18th minute of play forced Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Fausto Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Loureiro charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Loureiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fausto Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Breno da Cunha made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Tarcisio Ramos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fausto Mesquita, passed just outside the right post. Fausto Mesquita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Glauco Recife in the 57th minute. Fausto Mesquita came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Breno da Cunha. But to his dismay, Breno da Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ronaldão Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by Adhemar Lucas. With his leg Fausto Mesquita managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Pedrinho Teixeira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. José Carlos Medeiros hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 78 played minutes IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ got a freekick which was hit by Fernandinho da Cunha. In the 79th minute of the match Vicente Toscano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronaldão Quirino skillfully saved the ball. Ronaldão Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Veloso in the 85th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Breno da Cunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When the final whistle sounded IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vascogoianiense FC.
