In the 3rd minute, Miguel Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th match minute, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Godoi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giuseppe Machado got free with Giuseppe de Carvalho in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12thth minute of the game Arnaldo Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Giuseppe de Carvalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Giuseppe de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Moreno in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Moreno came free, but Giuseppe de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giuseppe Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe de Carvalho having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Dorian Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pedro Araújo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Giuseppe de Carvalho got control of the ball when Giuseppe Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute Noel Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnaldo Moreno to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Magnifico FC - FSCMZ defense, Arnaldo Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giuseppe de Carvalho. The Magnifico FC - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giuseppe de Carvalho should have stopped the shot. Giuseppe de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 55 played minutes Magnifico FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Paraibano. Bebeto Britto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giuseppe de Carvalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Giuseppe de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Giuseppe de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Dante in the 63rd minute of play. Bebeto Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Giuseppe de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Machado to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gugu Tande during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gugu Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Moreno in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giuseppe de Carvalho saved Magnifico FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Pedro Araújo during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Magnifico FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Araújo. Giuseppe de Carvalho had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Dino Nóbrega's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessandro Aparecido during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Capivariano F.C.'s Leonardo Moreira suffered a concussion in the 85th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Nestor Paraibano fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Nestor Paraibano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Magnifico FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Nestor Paraibano hit a great ball. Giuseppe de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bebeto Britto in the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th minute Arnaldo Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Capivariano F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
