Dário Veríssimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre Blair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Bóas Bolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iona Lightfoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederico Salazar's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute Emanuele Hottiger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iona Lightfoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre Blair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Frederico Salazar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iona Lightfoot was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Pierre Blair hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Iona Lightfoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Salazar in the 54th minute of play. Bóas Bolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Iona Lightfoot successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 65 in the game by Frederico Salazar from a close distance when the talented Iona Lightfoot managed to make a qualified save. KARAORMAN's players were relieved. Dário Veríssimo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pierre Blair went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in KARAORMAN's zone, Emanuele Hottiger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iona Lightfoot came out of the goal and Emanuele Hottiger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Frederico Salazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederico Salazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederico Salazar in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iona Lightfoot saved KARAORMAN from getting behind. Frederico Salazar kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 80thth minute. Though ot was a great shot KARAORMAN's keeper Iona Lightfoot was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 82nd minute of the match, Bóas Bolas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iona Lightfoot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 83 minutes into the match, KARAORMAN's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Hottiger came free, but Iona Lightfoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico Salazar in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iona Lightfoot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 minutes, Fricson Arintero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARAORMAN and the ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fricson Arintero hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in KARAORMAN's zone, Frederico Salazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iona Lightfoot came out of the goal and Frederico Salazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
