When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Kent Juhlin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Kahar Suseno to make any attempt to save it. 10 minutes into the match, PS Gunung Sindur's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Juhlin came free, but Kahar Suseno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Österberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coky Sugandi in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilmer Månsson got free with Kahar Suseno in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Coky Sugandi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Österberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half PS Gunung Sindur were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kent Juhlin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo de Andrade in the 52nd minute of play forced PS Gunung Sindur's goalkeeper Kahar Suseno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coky Sugandi in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erland Österberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Coky Sugandi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. PS Gunung Sindur's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. PS Gunung Sindur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilbert Fitrianto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erland Österberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Coky Sugandi in the 66th minute. Ingvar Vestberg kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Coky Sugandi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erland Österberg. Macoma Yoldia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Coky Sugandi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Macoma Yoldia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Coky Sugandi scored to the left of an out of position Erland Österberg, making the score, 1-4. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Macoma Yoldia's goalkeeper Erland Österberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Coky Sugandi came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the PS Gunung Sindur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Coky Sugandi couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Vestberg made in the 88th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Wladyslaw Walczyk however managed to control. The Macoma Yoldia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PS Gunung Sindur's performance. The match ended with a win for PS Gunung Sindur.
