The goal made the score 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Werdenberg's Ueli Gantenbein slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristinel Costeiantu. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. Tudor Caragea kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s keeper Cristinel Costeiantu was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Cristinel Costeiantu was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Ueli Gantenbein capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ueli Gantenbein really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Manuel Lajoie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Barros Schelloto in the 26th minute of the match. When Volker Unger came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the FC Werdenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volker Unger couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ueli Gantenbein kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristinel Costeiantu. That made the score 4-0 in the 30 minute of play. Tudor Caragea came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristinel Costeiantu could save by the left post. Ueli Gantenbein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Costeiantu having to interfere. Tudor Caragea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Cristinel Costeiantu made a huge save. Cristinel Costeiantu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ueli Gantenbein, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute Tudor Caragea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Costeiantu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Caragea came free, but Cristinel Costeiantu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Werdenberg booed when F.C.DrobetA-Știința- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Evangelista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristinel Costeiantu was a little too slow when Volker Unger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 5-0.

Hernan Evangelista hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Cristinel Costeiantu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ueli Gantenbein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Cristinel Costeiantu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Caragea in the 60th minute of play. FC Werdenberg's Manuel Lajoie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save FC Werdenberg from getting a goal against them. Tudor Caragea scored 6-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristinel Costeiantu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute Tudor Caragea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Costeiantu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökmen Uzkan in the 70th minute of play forced F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Costeiantu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Tudor Caragea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Volker Unger in the 73rd minute of play forced F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Costeiantu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7-0 became the score in the 77th minute when Lazarus Kurmann elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ueli Gantenbein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Costeiantu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Cristinel Costeiantu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volker Unger in the 85th minute of the match. After some careless play in the F.C.DrobetA-Știința- defense, Tudor Caragea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristinel Costeiantu. The F.C.DrobetA-Știința- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristinel Costeiantu should have stopped the shot. After 92 minutes of play, FC Werdenberg's Tudor Caragea made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristinel Costeiantu was left in no man's land by his defense there!
