C.'s Júlio Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Quintero in the 8th minute of play. Barões F. Júlio Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Scapini, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Nixon Richard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Ionuț Aluneanu made a huge save. In the 29th minute Barões F. C. were awarded a corner. Laurencio Vidal went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Barões F. C.'s Laurencio Vidal to fire away a dangerous shot which Ionuț Aluneanu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Nixon Richard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cobresal's Ionuț Aluneanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute Gregorio Quintero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match Barões F. C. got a corner. Cobresal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Laurencio Vidal ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaitano Valdovinos in the 43rd minute of play forced Barões F. C.'s goalkeeper Júlio Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes of play, Cobresal's Gaitano Valdovinos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Baiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Cobresal were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gregorio Quintero made the kick off in the second half. Barões F. C.'s Júlio Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Scapini in the 52nd minute of play. Luiz Fábio Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Meng Kun Kun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Barões F. C.'s Meng Kun Kun got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cobresal's Ionuț Aluneanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Paraibano in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Nixon Richard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ionuț Aluneanu. Cobresal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nixon Richard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Donato Paraibano hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Júlio Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arneil Kurth in the 71st minute of play. Barões F. C.'s Júlio Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Barões F. C. from getting a goal against them. Donato Paraibano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ionuț Aluneanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barões F. C.'s Luisito Pistolelis was substituted for Luiz Fábio Souto. In the 80th minute Aloísio Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionuț Aluneanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Cobresal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Ignacio Allard to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Nixon Richard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barões F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nixon Richard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ionuț Aluneanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Júlio Baiano made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Gregorio Quintero sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, Danilo Diaz de Valdes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionuț Aluneanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nixon Richard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Quintero. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nixon Richard in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionuț Aluneanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cobresal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
