The tension between the FC BaLiSt and the Paralia Athens players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pompiliu Barbăsură got free with Chi Tzalov in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Codrin Beraru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yang Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chi Tzalov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panait Marghescu in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC BaLiSt's Chi Tzalov got control of the ball when Martin Arseni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panait Marghescu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Chi Tzalov 24 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Valentin Zotincă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Beraru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Arseni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Codrin Beraru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Nae in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 minutes Paralia Athens's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ionel Manafu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ionel Manafu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Codrin Beraru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 37 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Anton Mălăele. In the 38th minute of the match Ionel Manafu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Codrin Beraru skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute, Cristian Gârniceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Yang Wei made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goal looked a bit too open when Yang Wei came free, but Codrin Beraru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codrin Beraru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yang Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Panait Marghescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chi Tzalov was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Codrin Beraru made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Valentin Zotincă sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Paralia Athens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Urdeş to maneuver through the defense. FC BaLiSt's Marius Paveliuc was substituted for Octavian Paulescu. FC BaLiSt made a substitution. Emil Șeimeanu replaced Valentin Zotincă. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Cristian Urdeş got a free kick in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Yang Wei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Codrin Beraru was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. FC BaLiSt's Chi Tzalov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Arseni in the 76th minute of play. After some careless play in the Paralia Athens defense, Albert Nae kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Codrin Beraru. The Paralia Athens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Codrin Beraru should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, FC BaLiSt's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Marghescu came free, but Chi Tzalov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Cristian Gârniceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, FC BaLiSt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Nae to maneuver through the defense. Panait Marghescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chi Tzalov having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Marghescu in the 94th minute of play forced FC BaLiSt's goalkeeper Chi Tzalov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC BaLiSt players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paralia Athens.
