A well-hit corner resulted in Robertinho Carlos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 16th minute, Ahmet Boran Topdemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingmar Karuauk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonty Sedgman in the 18th minute of play. Yağızalp Beyazit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braedan Shorten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivo Oja went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 27 minutes into the match, Australian Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Oja came free, but Braedan Shorten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ivo Oja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Braedan Shorten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Oja in the 29th minute of the match. If Ben Minton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivo Oja scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Braedan Shorten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Minton in the 73rd minute of play forced Nisu Unn's goalkeeper Ingmar Karuauk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braedan Shorten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvar Nuut in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Nisu Unn's Ardo Teras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braedan Shorten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Australian Youth Academy's goalkeeper Braedan Shorten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvar Nuut.
