In the 4th minute Ramón Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maicon Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Wesley Mangueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mazinho Brodel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute, Wesley Mangueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mazinho Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, BLACK STAR FC's Wesley Mangueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mazinho Brodel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. BLACK STAR FC's Dino Urbano got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Urbano came free, but Mazinho Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mazinho Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wesley Mangueira kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 32 played minutes THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Pereira. Mazinho Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Adalberto Pirani hit a great ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Wesley Mangueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Mazinho Brodel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dino Urbano took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mazinho Brodel. Mazinho Brodel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Téo de Castro to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, BLACK STAR FC's Zé Pedro Pinheiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mazinho Brodel. Mazinho Brodel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 62nd minute Dino Urbano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wesley Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mazinho Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Chaves in the 69th minute of play forced BLACK STAR FC's goalkeeper Edinho da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Wesley Mangueira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mazinho Brodel. The goal made the score 0-8. BLACK STAR FC's Edinho da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Gerber in the 75th minute of play. Samuca Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes, THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ's Adalberto Pirani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edinho da Rocha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE FLALIRA FAMILY MZ reached it. Ramón Moura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Mazinho Brodel made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Valdemar Gerber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edinho da Rocha. BLACK STAR FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Gerber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Edinho da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo de Castro in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, BLACK STAR FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Moura to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute of the match Adalberto Pirani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edinho da Rocha skillfully saved the ball. BLACK STAR FC's Edinho da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guga Aparecido in the 96th minute of play.
