Idalécio Rego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Gonçalves in the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Shiba & Doge Club™'s goalkeeper Idalécio Rego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Bueno. If Albérico Santarém had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Flávio Perdigão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Shiba & Doge Club™ getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Sabino Araújo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Shiba & Doge Club™ defense, Dedê Borges kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Idalécio Rego. The Shiba & Doge Club™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Idalécio Rego should have stopped the shot. Ian Bueno took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Idalécio Rego. Idalécio Rego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Sabino Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Roceira SC's Dedê Borges got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Ismael Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Perdigão, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 35 minutes of play, Roceira SC's Ian Bueno made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Idalécio Rego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flávio Perdigão made a kick off. In the 64th minute Flávio Perdigão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ian Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roceira SC's protests and gave Ian Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. Idalécio Rego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Gonçalves in the 73rd minute of play. Ian Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remo Gonçalves charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remo Gonçalves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Remo Gonçalves hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ivan Prada took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ismael Freitas. Roceira SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 87th minute, Dedê Borges made a precise shot to the right of Idalécio Rego. Shiba & Doge Club™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Ian Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Idalécio Rego having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Remo Gonçalves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Idalécio Rego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
