VN SOKOLI-VARNA were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after FC Czermno's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Milen Godzhev took the corner. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Milen Godzhev was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lin Hong Song in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in VN SOKOLI-VARNA's zone, Jerzy Niedbalski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lilko Timov came out of the goal and Jerzy Niedbalski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Metodi Dutzov in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Czermno's Mariusz Snow. Lilko Timov came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski. But to his dismay, Jerzy Niedbalski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 27th minute Jerzy Niedbalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilko Timov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a corner. FC Czermno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milen Godzhev ran over to the corner to take the kick. 34 minutes into the game, Jerzy Niedbalski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lilko Timov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Niedbalski in the 41st minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Lilko Timov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilko Timov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerzy Niedbalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Lin Hong Song managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Ren Fan Yu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Lilko Timov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Åman in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dido Vanev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Ayoub Adel with Benet Rano as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 60thth minute of the game Benet Rano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Czermno's Lin Hong Song was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute Jerzy Niedbalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilko Timov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to VN SOKOLI-VARNA getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Artur Campidelis hit a great ball. FC Czermno's Arkadiusz Karanowski was substituted for Zula Wicherek. When the final whistle sounded FC Czermno left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than VN SOKOLI-VARNA.
