An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Jian Yong in the 4th minute of play forced Stampen IF's goalkeeper Kasım Yay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Pan Jian Yong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kasım Yay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Lions United booed when Stampen IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Nordlander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kasım Yay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gao Cheng Yun, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Lions United's Pan Jian Yong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kasım Yay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Kasım Yay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pan Jian Yong went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute, Pan Jian Yong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lions United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 28 minutes of play, Lions United's Pan Jian Yong made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kasım Yay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niels Vandamme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lions United getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Geert-Jan Coomans hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Pan Jian Yong notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Stampen IF's Kasım Yay. Kasım Yay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Pan Jian Yong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kasım Yay was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Kasım Yay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geert-Jan Coomans in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Lions United were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Pan Jian Yong made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Lions United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Eleazar to maneuver through the defense. Lions United's Gao Cheng Yun quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Magne Danielsson, made in the 56th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the match, Pan Jian Yong notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Stampen IF's Kasım Yay. Kasım Yay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Stampen IF defense, Pan Jian Yong kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kasım Yay. The Stampen IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kasım Yay should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd minute, Pan Jian Yong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lions United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Kasım Yay came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Lions United's Pan Jian Yong. But to his dismay, Pan Jian Yong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Kasım Yay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pan Jian Yong, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Kasım Yay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Jian Yong in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Lions United booed when Stampen IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Väino Kapsas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kasım Yay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pan Jian Yong in the 76th minute of the match. Kasım Yay came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Lions United's Pan Jian Yong. But to his dismay, Pan Jian Yong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. A collision led to Stampen IF getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Magne Danielsson hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Pan Jian Yong ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kasım Yay was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. If Pan Jian Yong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kasım Yay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pan Jian Yong, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Geert-Jan Coomans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lions United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
