Leopoldo Ospin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Jakobe in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Victor Ortle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NECKER49 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 20th minute, Francisco Jakobe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Ospin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Federico Aimar succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Leopoldo Ospin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oriano Junco in the 27th minute of the match. Maximino Hitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Vargas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 28 minute of play. Bondo Levidze hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Panpili in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute Oriano Junco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Ospin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute NECKER49 were awarded a corner. Oriano Junco went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on NECKER49's corner Oriano Junco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leopoldo Ospin quite easily take care of the ball. Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Arias in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match NECKER49 got a corner. Deuce Athletic Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oriano Junco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Oriano Junco made a great header on NECKER49's corner, it was just that Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Deuce Athletic Club getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Segundo Felo hit a great ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Francisco Jakobe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Aimar to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Ortle kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leopoldo Ospin. That made the score 2-4 in the 53 minute of play. Deuce Athletic Club's Sebastian Mikolas was substituted for Segundo Felo. A collision led to Deuce Athletic Club getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Raimundo Vargas hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the game, Victor Ortle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Leopoldo Ospin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. NECKER49's John Skytt was substituted for Francisco Jakobe. 68 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Iraitz came free, but Maximino Hitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Skytt had several of the Deuce Athletic Club's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-6 score and a disappointed Leopoldo Ospin as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 81st minute, John Skytt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leopoldo Ospin. The goal made the score 2-7. Leopoldo Ospin made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Skytt in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Sten Vallman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leopoldo Ospin. Sten Vallman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Skytt got free with Leopoldo Ospin in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Tadeo Iraitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deuce Athletic Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NECKER49 the free kick. Tadeo Iraitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximino Hitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Iraitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Maximino Hitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Iraitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The NECKER49 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
