Genílson Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Aníbal Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genílson Massa made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Deilmison Bergkamp sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Eugênio Meireles got a free kick in the 38th minute. Deilmison Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo da Cunha to make the kick off. Edmundo da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deilmison Oblak having to interfere. Los Hermanos CIMZ's Genílson Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deilmison Bergkamp in the 55th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Luiz Fabiano Fantini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Hermanos CIMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ the free kick. Luiz Fabiano Fantini was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Deilmison Bergkamp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genílson Massa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. With a little luck, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Deilmison Oblak got control of the ball when Edmundo da Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th match minute, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Cosme to maneuver through the defense. Deilmison Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Britto in the 73rd minute of the match. Marquinhos Quintal kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Los Hermanos CIMZ booed when ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deilmison Bergkamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Silvinho Britto sped through ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Deilmison Oblak. In the 93rd minute, Luiz Gustavo Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Los Hermanos CIMZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
