If Len Sawyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronnie Kerns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Len Sawyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Len Sawyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Kerns having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Owen Rice who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dade City's Ronnie Kerns was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dade City's Ronnie Kerns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Len Sawyer in the 23rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian MacWilliams during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Real Angels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian MacWilliams to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Angels's Adrian MacWilliams got a free kick in the 25th minute. Oren Lundy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Oren Lundy made the kick off in the second half. Alberto Matlock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reggie Garrett in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Oren Lundy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dade City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oren Lundy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Real Angels's Adrian MacWilliams got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Adrian MacWilliams off the ground. In the 62nd minute, Adrian MacWilliams hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that Jarrod Foote got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alberto Matlock quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Owen Rice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ronnie Kerns tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Albert Story fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dade City's protests and gave Albert Story a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Dade City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Story to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Matlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oren Lundy in the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Dade City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clinton Briggs to maneuver through the defense. The Dade City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Angels were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
