Cochichola's Wanderson da Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard dos Santos in the 8th minute of play. Benjamin Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Netto in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§ booed when Cochichola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otávio Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Guilherme de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Wanderson da Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§. Wanderson da Silva was a little too slow when Richard dos Santos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. 25 minutes into the game, §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§'s Bernardo Soares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wanderson da Silva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Bernardo Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Váldson de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Cochichola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Váldson de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§'s goal looked a bit too open when Váldson de Alcântara came free, but Benjamin Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Váldson de Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match Cido Figueiredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wanderson da Silva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 57th minute Bernardo Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson da Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Benjamin Leite throw himself and got hold of the ball when Váldson de Alcântara in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Bernardo Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Wanderson da Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§'s goal looked a bit too open when Váldson de Alcântara came free, but Benjamin Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remo Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Soares in the 86th minute of play forced Cochichola's goalkeeper Wanderson da Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Bernardo Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot. §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Soares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wanderson da Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arthur Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Otávio Arce during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cochichola's Otávio Arce got a free kick in the 95th minute. After recieving a nice pass, §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§'s Tarcisio Leite tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. §§§C.R FLAMENGO M.Z§§§'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
