Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jean Vergílio started the match with the kick off. When Jean Vergílio came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Fredericia EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Vergílio couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Vergílio in the 5th minute of play forced Revelação Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Ernesto Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Vergílio in the 12th minute of play. Jean Vergílio hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Ernesto Fernandez was a little too slow when Jean Vergílio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. Ernesto Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Luís Ribeiro went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Fredericia EC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. José Augusto Vargas hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Vito Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Felipe Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Revelação Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inácio Corrêa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Luís Ribeiro got free with Ernesto Fernandez in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the last second Ernesto Fernandez throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jean Vergílio in the 46thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caio Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. When Fredericia EC's Jean Vergílio in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Revelação Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. In the 53rd minute, Adriano Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 55th minute, when Revelação Futebol Clube's Felipe Abreu after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Inácio Corrêa in Fredericia EC's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. André Luís Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ernesto Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luís Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Abreu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute of the match Christiano Fonseca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Fernandez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Fredericia EC's Jean Vergílio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Fernandez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caio Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If André Luís Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antônio Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Inácio Corrêa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Revelação Futebol Clube's zone, André Luís Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Fernandez came out of the goal and André Luís Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Fredericia EC's Jean Vergílio in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Revelação Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. André Luís Ribeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Fernandez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Luís Ribeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. If Jean Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, André Luís Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernesto Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luís Ribeiro in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Jean Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Vergílio in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Fredericia EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
